OBSESSED WITH SATISFACTION!!!

"Customer satisfaction" is a term used so often is has begun to lose its significance, but the people at Prima Mazda, 7635 Martingrove Road near Highway 7 still take the term to heart. To them, customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of a successful business.

Perhaps one of the reasons why customer satisfaction is that Prima Mazda is part of the Zanchin Automotive group (zagauto.ca). Joe Zanchin has more than 22 dealerships (and growing) so the company must be doing something right.

The pursuit of customer satisfaction begins at the sales desk. Customes can count on getting top value for their dollar. Besides taking advantage of any sales and promtions offered  by Mazda Canada the dealership often sweetens the deal with little extras.

During a recent promotion for instance, customers were given the choice of a trip to Las Vegas, Mexico or a cruise. "It's an added extra to the deal, says Said Elfiki, GM of Prima Mazda.

Once in the business office, customers can advantage of other special deals. "Our business manager also offers special packages such as rust-proofing" Elfiki says, "The goal again is value for the customer."

After customers take their vehicles home they receive a call from one of the staff members at Prima Mazda whose sole job is to make sure all Prima mazda customers are happy. "We call every customer after delivery, and then again 15 months later to make sure they are happy," Elfiki says "If there's something wrong we get involved to make it right."

in the meantime, every Prima Mazda customer can take advantage of a free oil change.... for life. "Every customer who purchases a vehicle from us gets a complimentary lube, oil and filter," Elfiki says. "It does cost us money but it distinguishes us from everyone else and adds value for the customer."

Prima Mazda also offers courtesy cars, should the need for service or body shop work require the vehilce to stay overnight. "We can look after the problem and the customer has a way to get around," Elfiki says. "It's nice get new business but building relationships and keeping our existing customers is very important to us."

And if you've purchased a vehicle from Prima Mazda, chances are you'll be dealing with the same staff members when you're ready for your next vehicle. That's because Prima Mazda's employee rate is minimal.

When a customer comes back and sees the same familiar friendly faces, it makes all the diference.
