I have written this letter to inform you of the recent purchase and service delivery experience I received by two members of your sales team at Prima Mazda. I feel it is exceptionally rare in this bottom line, profit margin focussed economy to receive decent service delivery. You should know that I am an owner and senior partner in our Law Firm and Consultancy, and as such I am well acquainted with both the delivery and receipt of excellent service. Further, I feel my position as Director of Business Development enables me to observe and comment on top notch service when I receive it. Both of them listened to what my requirements and needs in a vehicle were and provided a solution that addressed my needs very quickly. At no point did I feel pushed into a sale. This was essential for me as I personally advise all my sales people that "pushing" a sale will not be tolerated in my firm. I feel talented and successful sales people have no need to push a sale. Paul and Alfred possess this talent. Their knowledge of Mazda vehicles, their ability to communicate the Mazda value proposition and their incredible attention ultimately closed the deal between us.
